These sessions will empower you with the focus, strategy, and accountability you need to achieve extraordinary results in the most important areas of your life.
Whatever form of encouragement or support you feel you need at this time in your life, I will make sure I help you get that through my services or by providing referrals that may also be mostly helpful to you.
When I first came to Vera I was deeply depressed, held immense shame about who I was, had near crippling anxiety, had no idea who I was or why I was here, and lived my life inside of a protective shell I created around me, unable to let any love or joy come in or out.
Over the span of two and a half years working with Vera I was able to get promoted to a position at my goal salary, go on a solo trip exploring France for three weeks, leave my corporate job and open up my own business to pursue a lifestyle that feels better aligned with me, cultivate soul-filled friendships, begin to start meeting my own needsso that I did not have to seek them outside of me, create my own happiness, and for the first time EVER-begin to love and appreciate myself for who I am. I feel as though my heart has been cracked open to start to give myself permission to receive the love, joy, freedom, and abundance that I always wished for but never thought I was deserving of...

We will schedule a Follow-Up Coaching Call (50-minute coaching after VIP Day or 90-minute coaching after a private intensive) one month after your VIP Day or A Private Intensive to assess where you are, celebrate your progress, revisit areas that need assistance or any area of your life that needs extra attention (relationships, work-life balance, career, mind-body health, spirituality, etc.).
At this point most people have clearer goals and action steps, feel motivated and encouraged and feel the need to prepare for their next VIP day or Private Intensive to deepen their connection with self and/or work more on personal growth and transformation.
